Recruitment Campaign

Take a look at this innovative recruitment campaign from Jung von Matt! How would you design your recruiting campaign for creatives? At the Lorem Ipsum site, which gets over 50,000 visits a day, people are able to copy and paste the job offer itself into their own layouts, which resulted in a bunch of clicks on the offer. Very sneaky and clever! How do you guys like it?

Shell Eco Lab Mural

A drawing lab for kids and parents was created at the Shell Eco-marathon event in Rotterdam where they could collaborate together on a digital mural.  Every time someone finished their drawing on one of the provided drawing tables, it is sent to a designer who would take the illustration and incorporate it into the digital wall.  Take a gander and admire the awesome mural that they have put together!

Vinyl Record Magazine Pages

How would one be able to promote a song in a magazine?  Budweiser did something very creative for Will.I.Am's new song.  A page in a magazine can be taken out and played like a vinyl record!  Talk about being crafty.  I'll be looking out for this ad for sure!

Sightseeing Doesn't Have to be Expensive

I don't know about you, but every time I go traveling, my wallet seems to thin out due to all the tours I take!  But the problem is, where can I find a local to show me around?  Tram Sightseeing took this matter in their hands and came up with an app that gives people a guided tour by using the tram!  All you have to do is put on your headphones and look out the window while the app gives you a tour about the sights as you pass by.  Each location is geotagged so it knows just where you are!  Great app, ain't it?!

Take a Peek at this Invisible Ad

The world's first invisible ad installation has been created!  Lynx produced a fun and innovative campaign located on a street in Sydney, Australia.  Passerbys were handed polarised sunglasses which gave them the vision to see into the windows of a building to which the naked human eye could not.  The revealed content in the windows was equally as outlandish as the campaign itself -- couples making out and dogs squirming in a room filled with water.  How fun!

You Snooze, You Lose!

Find yourself hitting the snooze button two, three, or even seven times in the mornings?  Starbucks came up with a clever incentive for people to get out of bed immediately after the first alarm.  Their app is an alarm clock that saves you time and money.  All you have to do is click the "Get Up" button instead of the "Snooze" and your points for your discount builds up towards your next cup of coffee.  I know which app I'll be downloading next!
